Join Jeff Greenberger for a demonstration of his lien letter automation product Late2Lien, a turnkey solution to all statutory late lien and advertising requirements with a 50 state compliance library of forms and notices. The system automatically sends legally compliant notices via methods which meet the requirements of North Carolina’s laws to late paying occupants. Additionally, it can place advertisements at an additional cost which meet or exceed the requirements under the North Carolina Statute.
