Our speaker, Jeffrey Greenberger has identified the subtle, and sometimes not so subtle, mistakes that are commonly made at self-storage facilities, which you should correct before it’s too late. Examples include: creating an unintended bailment over the stored property; failure to properly deal with an Occupant’s bankruptcy; failure to properly respond to a request for access after an Occupant’s death; using words in your marketing or rental agreements with unintended meanings; and so much more.
